Pink House

The house sits on Site RB-6 at the base of Shady Lane. It has two bedrooms, one bath, kitchen and a living room with dining area off to the side. It also has a large covered front porch and three outbuildings. The kitchen comes with stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is an additional full refrigerator outside the back door. 

The house has forced hot air heat and air conditioning. Stove and forced air heat are propane and the 40-gallon water heater is electric. The house also comes with a washer and dryer. 

The backyard is terraced and landscaped with lower and upper sections. One outbuilding is being used as a wine shed and there is plenty of storage in the larger shed.

Appointments are necessary as house resides in a gated community.
