You can drive up to the site during the season and park by the trailer but not recommended during the rainy season. Steps were made to walk up to site which will need a little bit of improvement. The trailer has electricity but no water hookup. The bed raises up for storage and there is a storage area over the bed. There is a toilet and shower, but they are not hooked up. The closet has 4 shelves, storage for clothing. There is a fold-up table and two benches for dining or conversation. There is no hookup for cooking or baking, the propane bottles are empty and not functional. The portable heater is less than a year old and the electric blanket has worked continuously since 2005. If desired, they will be sold separately.
